P.S.

I've been blogging/trying to blog every day because I was talking to a friend, who happens to know these kind of things, about anxiety. That if your adrenal gland is overworking, it might be hindering your weight loss, so she recommended journalism, meditation, and yoga. So, here I am.  So, if you're not digging all these random/boring posts, I'm sorry! It's helping though.
