Morning Run 3/27/2013

So, Mr.New Job (Husband) got up this morning at butt crack early (early for us), and since I decided I would get up with him last night, I decided to go on a run this morning.

As I was putting on my tennis shoes, I was saying to myself, "This is going to be good. I'll go down to the river walk  and run at least half of it. Ya, I think I can run it all. I won't walk! Walking is for losers."

So, I kind of forgot how far the river walk was from the house.. Try, across town. Woops. I only ran half of the way to the river walk, and swiftly walked the rest. Then I get to the river walk, and I'm trying to amp myself up. "Ya, alright. Woo.. limber up. Nice and cool out here. Okay, put on a good song.. Ew no, not that one, SKIP.Okay there we go. Now, let's run!" 

I really just ended up doing this weird short bursts thing. I pretty much always end up doing that because of my leg (those of you that don't know, I broke my leg right above my ankle roughly a year ago pretty badly.) 

THEN, I had to walk all the way back home. I was beat. 
Ate some toast and yogurt while watching Bates motel ( awesome show.. watch it.) Now, I am in bed, watching LOTR and about to do my FASFA. I'm not lazy.. I swear.

I realize the run wasn't that bad. At least I am up and moving my butt right?
