For all of you weightloss, fitness, or fitness wannabe's like me, I have a question. Sometimes I can go all day without eating because I am just.. not hungry. AT ALL! Is that a problem? Or should I eat atleast 1200 calories? I have heard both. From super fitness junkies saying yes to Paleo supporters saying no. What do you think?
It's very important to eat even when you are not hungry. You don't want your metabolism to slow down and you don't want your body to go into starvation mode.
