Love Yourself.

In my weight loss journey I have been completely obsessed with the number on the scale instead of actually looking at how I look. The other day, I looked at myself in the mirror before I left for a family dinner, and I actually really liked what I saw.


So, here is to not constantly looking at the number on the scale, and looking at what I actually look like. Here is to becoming more confident NOW, instead of later when I just think I will be happier. Who knows? At 120lbs, I might be really unhappy if I don't start NOW on liking my body and who I am.
